We ran out of Garlic anything in our kitchen, so I thought of Tap Root Fields & bought Black Garlic Salt and Black Garlic. The bulbs come in a bag and I could feel them, so opened them up. Got my garlic press out & surprise!!! they are soft – like a gummy. I peeled each clove; hubby tasted it & refrigerated the rest.
